Story a day: 6.11.16

Purple flowers slipped over the white stone and tumbled down the wall, tangling like long wefts of hair. Sky and ocean met on the horizon, blue touching blue in a subtle shifting of gradients. In this place of stark, bright colors, shadows provided form and substance. They clung to the corners of the white stone structures and provided a backdrop for hanging gardens of calendula and carnation.
